The London Satyananda Yoga Centre
Yoga and Meditation in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga

About us

The Satyananda Yoga Centre (London) has provided yoga classes in South London for over thirty years under the direction of Swami Pragyamurti. Our emphasis is more towards a meditative approach and the spiritual aspect of Yoga, in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda).

Weekly classes

We offer weekly classes for all levels. We encourage regular attendance, especially for beginners to ensure you have a good foundation in yoga. Classes include postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) or meditation, appropriate to the level of the class.
