This is a day workshop for those who have either attended a pranayama course previously or are looking for some input on developing pranayama sadhana.
There will be a full asana, pranayama, yoga nidra class in the morning, as well as time for exploring ways of developing one’s current pranayama practice with time for some sharing and discussion.
Other pranayama techniques will be explored including, ujjayi pranayama with kechari mudra and bhramari as a healing technique. We will also aim to look at different methods of sensitizing the awareness to the breath and breath meditation such as prana shuddhi, hasta mudra pranayama and coordinating the breath with OM chanting.
