A workshop to explore the powerful tools of transformation yoga provides and how to use them in a systematic and practical way.
These will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga nidra and antar mouna (inner silence)—amongst other meditative practices—which will enhance your understanding of the yoga experience.
According to Patanjali, pratyahara is the fifth state of Raja Yoga, where the awareness is withdrawn from the external world and the sense organs. In the workshop you will experience concrete and effective tools that lead to this relaxed state in which we learn to become free from external influences and stimuli. This process will eventually lead to the next states of Raja Yoga, dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).
We will practise tangible methods to expand the awareness and become conscious and free of our mental conditionings and limitations.
The practices will become powerful tools for raising consciousness, as well as bringing clarity and perspective to our lives. Together the techniques will bring grounded balance and harmony to your life.
