Developing the practice of Sun Salutation to energise and harmonise body and mind.
Integrating pranayama technique (breathing practice) alongside restorative relaxation and simple meditation practice.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with yoga experience. Also suitable for those who would like to develop a regular home practice and develop a commitment to bring these practices into a daily routine to improve heath and well being.
A systematic approach to gently ease away aches and pains, improve flexibility and strength, integrating the practice of Sun Salutations. Increasing vitality through breathing practices and developing a consistent method of relaxation, through the practice of Yoga Nidra.
The practices will be repeated and a short home practice can be provided every two weeks.
