Taking Students Further
17th – 19th May
Focus on developing asanas, pranayama and meditation practices within a class setting, using themes, peak posters and adapting to various different needs within the weekly class.

 Finding Silence for Self and Student
27th – 30th September
The Autumn weekend will focus on silence and stillness and introduce and develop the practice of antar mouna for own practice and with students. Explore how stillness and silence can be found within postures, pranayama and meditation.

Travel
For the Isle of Wight retreats, there are regular ferries from Portsmouth, Southsea, Lymington and Southampton.
If travelling as foot passenger the pick-ups can be arranged for Friday afternoon from Cowes and Ryde.
If travelling by car, cheaper ferry crossing may be available through Northcourt Manor.
