This course will include simple asana (postures) to ease tensions in the body and to develop a mindful connection with the body and breath.
Learn simple breathing techniques (pranayama) to develop awareness of breath and its impact on body and mind.
Develop relaxation techniques (yoga nidra) to balance and harmonise the nervous system.
Introduce simple mindful meditation practice (antar mouna).
This course will be run over 12 weeks in two blocks.
This course is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience, with a commitment to bring these practices into a daily routine to improve health and well-being.
