Accommodation and cost inclusive of all yoga practices and food

Travel
For the Isle of Wight retreats, there are regular ferries from Portsmouth, Southsea, Lymington and Southampton.
If travelling as foot passenger the pick-ups can be arranged for Friday afternoon from Cowes and Ryde.
If travelling by car, cheaper ferry crossing may be available through Northcourt Manor.
