This is one day course on Saturday 5th October 2019 to offer  practical guidance and a set of tools to support your individual transition through menopause.

The energy of menopause offers the opportunity to reset your system, to regain your balance and to realign your path for a nourishing transition into empowerment.

MENOPAUSE is part of the natural cycle in every woman’s life. It is a natural pause between your fertile years, when the seeds have been sown and nourished, and the beginning of the harvest of the fruits from those seeds.

AYURVEDA celebrates the cycle of life through rhythm and offers practical tools to help you slow down, honour, nourish and transform menopause, to reconnect with your essence and bring a new balance for the coming years. These tools include lifestyle and dietary adjustments, body work, herbal medicine and yoga.

YOGA of the Bihar School offers a unique set of practices including mantra, asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, yoga nidra and meditation to direct the energy of transition to support and balance your journey through menopause, to facilitate transformation and attain union of body, mind and soul, in the spirit of yoga
