Yoga in Bristol

with (Jo Harrison) Harishakti

There are now three Satyananda yoga sessions available in Bristol with Harishakti:

Wednesday mornings from 10.30am – 12midday at Hanham Court Gardens, Bristol, BS15 3MT – in a beautiful country house.
Level: this is a class that incorporates all students’ health needs not just the ultra fit.

Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm – 8pm at Haberfield Hall, Bristol, BS20 0QH – in a designated yoga space. This is approximately a mile form Clifton Suspension Bridge and on-site parking is available.
Level: The class is for students who wish to attend regularly with a friendly group. There are people coming from the local area who are established in a variety of yoga techniques including usual Satyananda practices, whilst dedicated and coming for years, new comers are always given a great welcome.

Thursday evenings from 6.00pm – 7.30pm at Hillside studio Compton Greenfield – (easy to reach from M4 Cribbs Causeway; turn off junction 17 follow the signs after Cribbs for Compton Greenfield down country lanes until you reach the Rectory which is now Hillside studio a space for artists to work). The yoga space looks out into fields and livestock and very conducive to relaxation.
Level: All levels are welcome. Classes are small and chances to progress are greatly enhanced by it being a newly formed group so everyone unless they have prior knowledge is learning together these new practices in the rich tradition of Satyananada yoga.

Cost: £10 per class. All classes are taught by Jo Harrison/Harishakti  teaching in Satyananada yoga tradition. For more information contact Jo/Harishakti on
