If you have ever wanted to make a mala this is the weekend workshop for you!

Details: 

  • Mala making workshop – 6th April 2019, 10am – 5pm
  • Japa meditation day – 7th April 2019, 10am – 5pm

Accommodation is available at the centre for anyone wanting to attend both days.

The weekend includes chanting Sanskrit mantras, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, mala making and havan (fire ceremony), with a focus on mantra to energise, harmonise and develop inner stillness.

The retreat is held at the Tipperary Yoga & Meditation Centre, Rosnacananee, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, E41 V3K0
This is Atmasangita and Sanyamatma’s home; a purpose built retreat space in the Drombane hills, County Tipperary, Ireland.

About Sanyamatma & Atmasangita

Sanyamatma and Atmasangita completed their teacher trained with Swami Pragyamurti in London and founded the Tipperary Yoga & Meditation Centre, Ireland in 2006.

They are dedicated yoga practitioners who strive to live a yogic lifestyle full time.
