A one-hour session designed to help you unwind after a long day (and week) at work.
Gentle asanas to relieve stiff joints, mantra chanting, simple breathing practices and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) are combined to help you let go of stress and tensions accumulated in the course of your daily routines.
Walk-ins welcome. No need to book.
