Yoga for Back Strength and Stress

Tuesdays, 7:30pm to 9pm
This yoga course will have a focus on protecting and strengthening the lower back and to reduce stress from the body.
There will be gentle asana, breathing practices and relaxation to learn how to use your yoga practice to help prevent further pain and to encourage deeper relaxation.
Suitable for students at a lower intermediate level and above or who have practised yoga for a year or so.
£12 drop in or £40 for a block of four weeks
