Restorative Practices and Sun Salutation Yoga Course | London

The course will integrate asana (postures) with pranayama (breathing practices) alongside Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and an introduction to meditation practices.
This course is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience. Developing a commitment to bring these practices into a daily routine to improve heath and well being.
A systematic approach to gently ease away aches and pains, improve flexibility and strength, integrating the practice of Sun Salutations. Increasing vitality through breathing practices and developing a consistent method of relaxation, through the practice of Yoga Nidra.
The practices will be repeated and a short home practice can be provided every two weeks. The course is run over 14 weeks in two blocks.
