Pranayama and Meditation Course – 5 Week Course, London

Duration 5 weeks
Ideally for those who have practised some pranayama previously. We will focus on three pranayama techniques – Kapalbhati (vitalising), Nadi Shodana (balancing) and Ujjai (calming). Meditation is going to be Ajapa Japa. Some easy asanas will also be given. Home practice will be suggested and commitment to the 5 weeks is preferable.
