PARKING: Please have consideration for neighbours at all times

• Through the gates and directly outside Otterbourne House including in our garage if there is a space available (parking limited)

• To the side of our neighbour's house, Otterbourne Lodge, on the gravel if there is room, leaving their entrance clear (parking limited and mostly available daytime only)

• At the top of the driveway, NOT outside "The Bothy" area and courtyard where the residents park their cars, but further up and round the corner and with consideration for neighbours at all times

• In Home Farm Close, the turning on the left just before our driveway, (with consideration for neighbour's driveways and entrances)

• On the main road, post box side of our driveway and NOT too near the driveway exit; the other side of the driveway blocks the residents' view of cars coming down the hill and makes exiting out of our drive challenging for all

• Do NOT park on the grass verge

By Car

Directions from the M25:

Leave the M25 at junction 11 and at that roundabout take the A320 to WOKING, (a left hand turn if coming from Gatwick direction and right hand turn if coming from Heathrow direction).

At the next roundabout turn left marked A320 Woking (also Ottershaw & Fairoaks Airfield).

At the third roundabout, (big Harvester Steak House on the corner), you are now in Ottershaw.

In Ottershaw:

From the large roundabout at Ottershaw, with the big Harvester Steak House on the corner, take the A319 exit marked Chobham & Fairoaks Airfield.

Exactly 1 mile from the roundabout at the bottom of the hill on the left hand side there is a large red brick wall and a post box, by some very large wrought iron gates. On the gates it states 'Private Estate, No Unauthorised Entry & Ottershaw Park Private Estate The Bothy Nos 15-19'.

Otterbourne House is through the gates and is the second house on the left hand side with a large bay window both upstairs and downstairs.
