Workshop with Swami Muktidharma
Evolving through the Chakras
Sunday 8 June 2008 (9am-5pm)

Evolving through the Chakras

Endeavouring to demystify the chakras, visiting teacher Swami Muktidharma will share a fresh perspective on the chakras. He imparts an experiential understanding which has been gained over many years of dedication and practice.

As the chakras are gradually and systematically unlocked, the inherent potential in each centre reveals itself and begins to manifests by transforming daily activites and experiences.

During this day workshop we will use yogic techniques to stimulate, purify and cleanse
the energy centres, including practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, nada yoga and meditation. Explore the chakras in relation to physical, psychological, mental and spiritual expressions and enjoy an opportunity to spend time with a dedicated group of  yoga practitioners.

This workshop is designed for teachers, dedicated yoga practitioners and those with a solid base in working with the chakras.
